March's Club Project

Here is my monthly project for club members month March. This card is made using a die cut Basque, and a scalloped circle. Take the circle and score lines through the centre between each of the scallop edge. Then cut out 2 pieces (should be shaped like a heart) fold in mountain and valley folds (like a fan), and fasten down with d/s tape cover over with the basque. Can also use feathers for the skirt.
